Study Of Individual International Criminal Responsibility Of Legal System

The principle of International Criminal Responsibility of Individuals is very important in International Criminal Law. It passed through a very long history of international practice. The main body of the international law doesn't include individuals, only countries are the main body of the international law. Only those who crime for its own interests can be punished. When country' s leaders or the administrates crime, they can always be sheltered, and didn't be charged with international criminal responsibilities. The practice of international trail of the first world war,the second world war and nowadays trails has established this principle, individuals must be prosecuted when they crime international crimes. Especially after the foundation of the international criminal court, it enriches the principle.My article expatiate the establishment,the application of this principle, and I analyzed other respective problems, compared this principle with country' s international criminal responsibility, and the principle of immunity from jurisdiction. So we can make an all-around knowledge of the principle of international criminal responsibility of individuals.
