Examine Euthanasia, Human Values ​​and Civil Law

Euthanasia, as a revolution of man, is a challenge for himself in the process of development, progress, betterment, refinement and elevation. Euthanasia has been explored mostly from the viewpoint of philosophy, religion, ethics and medical science rather than from that of the basic theories of the civil law. The key to the legalization of euthanasia is whether the patient has the right to euthanasia, which is closely related to the right of human dignity concerning the study of civil law. The paper attempts a preliminary examination of euthanasia on the basis of life right and human dignity right of the civil law, pointing out that euthanasia should be legalized. And finally, the author gives some opinions about the legislation of euthanasia.
