Liaoning Old Industrial Bases In The Overall Revitalization Of The Rule Of Law And Security Research

The revitalization of the old industrial bases in Northeast China has become a major periodical theme of the country. The Province of Liaoning, being the regional leader, has taken the track of foll revitalization after going through a trying and winding path of development. In regards to such a grand-scale and systematic program, the connotation of foll revitalization needs to be understood and appreciated in multiple layers. From the connotation of foll revitalization, this article gives a comprehensive elaboration on the relation between foll revitalization and the building of legal system. It points out that legal system and rule of law is the foundation as well as the guarantee of full revitalization, lawful administration is fundamental to the building of legal system, judicial fairness is the guarantee of the building of legal system, and the popularization of law is the soul of the building of legal system. The thesis also addresses issues and challenges in the process of revitalization of old industrial bases as well as the building of legal system, together with related suggestions of countermeasures.
