Defective documentary evidence often comes across in civil action, which appears various, complicated and tiny, so most country's legislation and theory have not regulated in detail. In fact, as an important theoretical and practical issue, defective documentary evidence affects its probative force and become obstacles to party's testify activity and judge's adjudgement. If we don't study its phenomenon, we have no way to know its general law.
