Documentary evidence.known as the "king of evidence".is of self-evident importance in the process of finding facts and applying law in civil proceedings.The establishment of the system of documentary evidence can alleviate the phenomenon of evidence bias and realize the weapon eauality of the parties,The establishment of this system is relatively late,there are many theoretical confusion and system gaps,compared with the civil law countries or regions,its application rate is low at present,in the subject scope,object scope,application period and review rules and so on there is still room for improvement.Guided by the inspection and optimization of the documentary evidence command svstem this paper analyzes the current documentary evidence command system from the theoretical and practical aspects,and further analyzes the application status of documentary evidence command system through the interpretation of the case.At last,according to the actual situation of our country,we should expand and improve the application and application procedures of documentary evidence in legislation.In the aspect of iudicial application.we should increase the flexibility of the examination of documentary evidence.and standardize the application of relevant procedures to avoid the confusion of similar system application;In the auxiliary system,the overall efficiency of the system should be improved by improving the judge’s interpretation power and making full use of artificial intelligence system.
