Wei Law Chapters Study

The study of Lv in Han-Wei-Jin dynasty is always the scholars' focus.Thereare so many studying results in almost every subjects that we can see the study'sdevelopment and evolution. But there are still something which need to beadded, corrected, such as the scholars of study of Lv in Wei-Jin dynasty. Thisthesis focus on Ruchun who had lived during Cao-wei dynasty and his Notes ofHan-Shu. As a scholar of the study of Lv in Wei-Jin dynasty, Ruchun has alwaysbeen overlooked, although lots of researchers have been quoting Ruchun's note ofLv recently. Maybe it is a feasible way to review the research results and smriti ofstudy of Lv in Cao-wei dynasty by studying Ruchun and his Notes of Han-Shu.There are six chapters in the thesis.The chapter 1. Ruchun and Notes of Han-Shu. In this part, the writer describethe life of Ruchun, and point out three errors, which the historians,especially legalhistorians thought about Ruchun and his Notes of Han-Shu. The author chieflydiscourses Ruchun's office and legal knowledge, and believe that the Lv-Shuolargely quoted by Ruchun is very valuable for conserving the Lv Zhang Ju ofHan-Wei dynasty.The chapter 2.The dialectical of the Notes of Han-Shu which quote theLv-Shuo come out during Han-Wei dynasty. And there are two parts in thechapter.The first part is to analysis the Lv-Shuo quoted in the Ruchun's Notes ofHan-Shu. The Lv-Shuo recorded by Ruchun is always attached importance bylegal historians who research Han-Lv. ChengShude had found 6 items of Lv-Shuo,and ShenJiaben had found 1 item. However the author finds 2 new items fromvarious kinds of historical material this lime. The second part is to analysis theLv-Shuo in the Notes of Han-Shu one by one. In my opinion, there are threenormal formulases to research the study of Lv in Han-Wei dynasty: ChengShudeformulas,ShenJiaben formulas,DaTmgxiu formulas.And Ruchun's note is veryvaluable in all the formulases.The chapter 3. The dialectical of the note of Lv & Li in Ruchun's Notes ofHan-Shu. Ruchun reduction the Han-dynasty's politic, law and etiquette throughthe Notes of Han-Shu, or we can never perfectly understand politic,law and etiquette, even the situation of society of Han dynasty. Ruchun's Note ofHan-Shu. Ruchun had extensively explained Lv, system of DianZhang and Liinvolved in Han-Shu. And I have classified all the notes of nine species, which areexplanations of principle of law, of accusation, of punishment name, of shilv, ofbureaucratic establishments, of military law, of lawsuit, of prison, of formal system,and so on. And the author makes a table of the nine kinds of notes, with detailedtextual research and discerm.The chapter 4.The contribution of Ruchun'note of Han-Shu related to Lv tothe modern times' study of Lv between Han and Wei. In my opinion, Note ofHan-Shu related to Lv is a set of important historical material of Chengshude'sHan-Lv-Kao which would lack many lightspots without RuChun's note. It is thehistorical material of Lv between Han and Wei dynasty, especially the Lv-Shuogathered from Ruchun's note by ChengShude. So Note of Han-Shu had becamethe firsthand material for the latest scholars to research the study of Lv of Han andWei. Based on statistics, the author believes the Han-Lv-Kao which quoted 91items of Ru-chun's note has 3 errors.The chapter 5. Ruchun'note of Han-Shu and study of LvZhangJu ofCao-Wei dynasty. Firstly, the author inspects Ruchun's research on study ofLvZhangJu according to Ruchun'note of Han-Shu. Secondly, Ruchun conqueredthe difficulty in remarking history records and Lv, and it seems to show his talentof study of LvZhangJu. Thirdly, the author investigates the development of studyof LvZhangJu between Wei and Jin, and finds that the study of Lv and the historyhave a common headwaters, and the union of remarks of Lv and history providethe study of Lv with a new mean after the supersession of LvZhangJu.The chapter 6. The author investigate the unite and supersession of theLvZhangJu on the point of the sduty of Jing, and finds that it is the study of Jingthat leads to both the flourish and the decompose of study of Lv ZhangJu.
