| Considering that INGOs(International non-government organizations) have characteristics of both internationalism and commonweal, they have become worth-studying and been paid more attention to by many experts and scholars, so that it is coming into a multi-subject research field. The research on NGOs in China, which is just underway and on its developing stage, needs further exploring in both theory and practice.Under the learning environment of this kind, the dissertation prefers a typical INGO as a case to study and do the research in sociological method. The dissertation focuses on "organization—projects—resource". On the basis of investigating the relationship between NGOs and resources, it has explained the durative & weakness of the projects. At last, New Institutional Theories and Resources-based Theory give guidance of the analysis. The structure of the dissertation is as follows:The fist chapter is an introduction. Firstly it puts forward the issue that needs researching and then analyzes the related research results; finally it gives contents and methods of the research.The second chapter gives the survey of investigation field. First of all, it introduces INGOs' developmental situation in China as a background, then describes SC (the case)'s situation, including the background of its found, developmental course and main projects etc.As main body of dissertation, the third chapter indicates three kinds of resources in SC's operation, which are governmental resource,community resource and social resource.The last chapter is conclusion and analysis. On the basis of third chapter's description, the dissertation concludes that INGOs' operation is continuable as well as weak. Deep analysis followed by is necessary in the guidance of New Institutional Theories and Resources-based Theory. Lastly, it gives the suggestions to INGOs' development which also can be used for reference to domestic NGOs. |
