| John Rawls is a famous US liberalism thinker and he is the most outstanding politics philosophers in the last 20 century. The Law of Peoples is Rawls' another strength compose besides his A Theory of Justice and Political Liberalism. This book expresses him final conclusion to ponder the justice question and expressed him clearest thinking to the political philosophy. This test does not plan to comprehensive study Rawls' theory of justice system, but to study his The Law of Peoples. This book research him international political thinking.There are four chapters in the test. It will separately study the background which theory of the law of people produced, the core of theory of law of people, and moreover this text will also make the corresponding evaluation to theory the law of people. In the first chapter, I emphatically analyses the root which the law of people produced. It includes cultural context, thought origin and realistic foundation and so on. He makes an attempt to eliminate a lot of limit in process of constructing the law of people through limited sovereignty. In the third chapter, I will analyze the core of theory of law of people from two aspects: one is what is the law of people; one is what is the reality Utopia. Finally, I will make evaluation about the theory of the law of people and Rawls' international political philosophy thought.Rawls' theory of justice was pay attention to the some people, from the domestic scholar' field of vision, his The Law of People has a little insufficient. So the people think that it is not good. This kind of condition is extremely regrettable. Systematic research about Rawls' theory of the law of people is helpful to deeply research his thinking. And his thinking has the reality enlightenment to our country' development under the globalization time. This is goal of the text. |
