On The Construction Of China's Labor Law Discipline

The thesis consists of four parts:Part one elaborates the connotation of the discipline and construction of discipline. And after introducing the factors for the establishment of discipline, methods of discipline sort, the significance of construction of discipline briefly, content of construction of discipline. reach a conclusion that two factors for the establishment of discipline are the unattached research object and unique knowledge system.Part two and Part three are the keystones of such thesis to discuss two premise conditions for constructing the discipline of labor jurisprudence: the one is labor jurisprudence is an unattached discipline; the other is society requires the construction of labor jurisprudence.Part two discourses on the discipline status of labor jurisprudence and mostly depends on the factors for the establishment of discipline, the standard of partitioning the branch of law and the relationship between labor jurisprudence and civil law and economic law to elicits labor jurisprudence is an unattached discipline and the subordinate discipline of law.Part three discourses on the necessity of constructing the discipline of labor jurisprudence, and discuss the requirement of society of construction of labor jurisprudence and come to conclusion that society urgently needs to build the discipline of labor jurisprudence from the following point of views: talent cultivation, science research, society service.Part four conceives a basic notion to construct the discipline of labor jurisprudence based on the new orientation of labor jurisprudence, construction of discipline group, strengthen academic exchanges and build the cultivation base for fulfillment of labor jurisprudence.
