The Airborne Airborne Training Injury And Knowledge, Attitudes And Beliefs, And Behavior (kabp) Study

Parachuting injury rate is higher than other drills, because of its high intensity, complicated technique, and ability of making acute exciting reaction to parachutists' psychology and physiology. Popularization of health education in grass roots troops can prevent parachuting injuries happening effectively and reduce parachuting injury rate. But there are still many problems in health education of troops. Especially in parachuting troops, with high speciality and criticality, absence of health education can induce severe aftermath.Knowledge, attitude, belief, practice(KABP) mode is a perfect mode about changing persons' action. In order to know about the situation of persons' knowledge,attitude,belief,practice of sanitation, we must carry out KABP research. At present, there are not any research about the situation of mastering sanitation knowledge about parachuting injury, and the relationship with the situation of parachuting injury. So it is great important to carry out this KABP research, in order to accelerate the prevalence and deepening of health education in parachuting troops.Objective:Know obout the mastery degree about the prevention and cure knowledge of parachuting injuries, establishment degree of attitude and belief, shaping degree of action; Know obout the basic situation of parachuting injuries; and the relationship between them. Discuss whether the degree of mastering knowledge, establishment of attitude and belief and shaping action will influence parachuting injuries significantly.Method:Investigate 555 parachutists' ecumenic things, parachuting injuries of last two years, scores of three parts in KABP questionnaire, and relationgship among them.Result:1,At present, parachuting injury rate is quite higher than previous research; injury part, manner are approximately same with the previous domestic and overseas research. With the increasing of ages, parachuting times and culture degrees, parachuting injury rate gradually descends.2,Result of KABP investigation about parachuting injury shows that scores of knowledge and actiong part is low; parachutists do not master enough knowledge of parachuting injury, and they do not shape systemic good customs. With the increasing of ages and parachuting times, scores of knowledge and actiong part show ascend current. With the increasing of culture degrees, scores of three parts in KABP all increase.3,Scores of knowledge and actiong part in injury crowd is significantly lower than in health crowd. It means mastery degree of knoeledge and shaping degree of action can influence parachuting injury rate significantly. Scores of attitude and belief part has no relationship with injury rate.Conclusions:1,Now, health education is not enough in parachuting troops. Parachutists master less knowledge about parachuting injury, and can not shape good actions.2,Mastery degree of knoeledge and shaping degree of action can influence parachuting injury rate significantly. So lack of health education partly induce parachuting injury rate to increase.
