Domestic violence(hereinafter referred to DV) has been common phenomena in the world and concerned focus by human beings in the last thirty years .The issue of domestic violence has been studied by every country's government and authors, favorite achievements have been reached .International community has reached consensus about DV ,which is going into the way of legislation .Some countries adopt some more systematic measures to prevent and forbid domestic violence .As the most developed country ,the U · S · A has great extent of legal system and comparative perfect legislature ,so it's imperative to adopt all excellent legal culture fruits .In view to this, the thesis examines the experiences of legislature and jurisdiction, wherefrom the writer procures some inspirations concerning constructing legislature and jurisdiction for domestic violence in China.This thesis is formed by four parts, Chapter one, Chapter two, Chapter three and tag.Chapter one mainly makes a research on outline of DV, which concludes the definition ofDV made by international organization,the U · S · A. and China .and poits out the discrepancies between definitions whereof .With the introduction of DV's characters ,causes and dangers ,the author describes the special reasons of reducing to DV,religion and ethnic in U · S · A.Chapter two mainly makes a research about legislature and jurisdiction of U · S · A. and the inspirations for China whereof. This chapter introduces the experiences of legislature and jurisdiction for DV in U · S · A. including state mandatory interventions ,jurisdictional practices for DV in U · S · A. Then the author makes a research in relation to the backgrounding, active functions of each mandatory intervention for DV.Chapter three mainly makes a research about reflections and perfections of legislature and jurisdiction for DV in China ,which is the end-result of this thesis .This chapter firstly makes a introduction of Taiwan, HongKong and mainland of China,then referring to the advance experiences of U ·S ·A. proposing the reflections of legislature and jurisdiction for China .In the end, the writer, in...
