| In lasted over 2000 years in China, the supervision system played important roles in strengthening empire reign, maintaining tyrannic central power, punishing corruption, revivifying official system and sustaining the operation of feudal national machine. From the angle of the supervising power control, this dissertation studies the independently organized, self-systematic, humble but important supervising institution in ancient China, the source of its power, operation mode of power, and the prevention and punishment of duty crime beyond its own right, explores the influence by duty ethic basis on preventing supervisor duty crime, and further analyzes how the supervisor, who served as 'ear of emperor', remain uncorrupted, secure emperor, and attack crime, so as to provide theoretical basis and operative program to prevent official crime, nurture official ethic concept, and establish proper supervising system at present. |
