Citizens' Awareness Of The Law Change, The Petition System

Based on the plight of the appeal system, which is included in the socialist legal system of our country, this article points that the present appeal system is incompatible with the goal to construct a legalization country. Therefore, our country must reform the present appeal system and make it legalization within the existing democratic frame. The article analyzes the austere status, the instinct link between the vacancy of citizen law consciousness and the appeal peak, and then discusses the in-depth history reasons of the citizen law consciousness vacancy further. It is concluded that we must re-set up the citizen law consciousness, establish the judicial authority of law society, develop the conception to seek right relief through judicial approach. Our country must follow the legal appeal reform on the basis of the present democratic system. Our country should improve the appeal system, merge appeal organizations, establish the special commissioner system of National People's Congress, and take the legal of the appeal into action by further improving and strengthening the surveillance.
