| The folk credit abundantly exists outside the present formal monetary system, identically like "the double-edged sword". It positively leads to the development of economy and the reformation of the monetary system with its negative aspects. Therefore, it is required that the supervision system be found to keep the folk credit to safely contribute more to the economy of our country.This article is based on the analysis of the realization of our country's economy and finance. It is divided into four chapters. In the first chapter, it states that it is indispensable to establish the supervision system on fold credit. The development process of the folk credit in Wenzhou is a case in point, which proves that without a effective supervision system, the folk credit may bring about many crises to the economy.
