On The Jury System

As a judicatory system, people's jury system has many years'history in China. In recent years, with the upswing of public democracy passion and the increase of democracy participating consciousness, people's jury system which is a litigant system that shows judicatory democracy attracted more attention of all circles of the society. Especially under the background, a series of regulations and document issued by legislature make the people's jury system to be operative in the judicatory practice. But considering the outer environment, we needs more public basis to effectively push the system in China in recent time. Considered from legislative technology, its inner design is not very reasonable and makes a lot of problem exist during its actual circulation. The article tries to compare and analyze the its own function of people's jury system, its applicability abroad, the current existing problems of people's jury system in China, attempts to orderliness of people's jury system, suggests how to reform and perfect people's jury system, and hope to be useful to reform and perfect the judicatory system of China.Besides preface and conclusion, the article includes 4 parts.The first part is summarization of jury system.
