Corporation merger is an effective way to develop economies of scale and to raise the competitive ability in the world, but it may also easily lead to monopolization and do harm to market economy. So necessarily standardizing corporation merger is a must for anti-monopoly. In our country, the cases of state-owned enterprise merger take a big part of the cases of corporation merger. Compared with the phenomena of monopoly in general meaning, the monopoly that happens in state-owned enterprise merger has its particular displays and its deep-seated reasons.
