On The Property Rights And Constitutional Government

In this essay, beginning with the constitutional revising case, I have combed the principles and spirit of constitutionalism and the concept of property right, demonstrated that the right of property and constitutionalism have blood-relation in terms of legal philosophy, and continuously contrasted the experimention of constitutionalism in western contries, interpreted the problem and insufficiency in china's property protection. The right of property is a "god-given humanright", not the repuirement of political and economical development. The right of property is the root of constitutionalism and the barricade of humanright. There is no constitutionalism without the right of property.
