At changes of the times, there are imperial powers bullying, demancrticrevolution raging internal problems, the Qing government still stubbornly stick to thefeudal autocratic thinking “Qing is absolutely the world.”The purpose to determinetheir destiny. But the historical significance of the constitutional and Qing can not beignored, it is the constitutional culture of China near the beginning of recordedWestern political culture in China “transplanted”growth, as we learn from foreigncultures, legal systems and transplantation provides a wealth of experience. This paperanalyzes the British constitutional monarchy on the impact of the late Qing Dynasty.The first chapter is the introduction by the research foundation for this paper.The second chapter describes the British monarchy, which is also known asparliamentary constitutional monarchy, the monarch’s rights through legal restrictions,the monarch living in virtual spaces, and in the House is the highest authority. Then,by tracing the origins of the British monarchy, so that we more clearly understand itscharacteristics:"parliamentary sovereignty" and the "rule of law."The third chapter analyzes the British constitutional monarchy on Late Trends.First, the background of the late Qing Dynasty constitutional brief introduction, andthen start analyzing the English monarchy-a parliamentary system in China and theimpact of the incoming.
