Factors In The Process Of Democratization Of International Relations

The democratization of international relations is the product of history and progress of the times. and the mainstream of the current international relations. After the cold war, economic globalization's rapid development, speeding up of the world's multi-polarization, the development of world civilization multiple, as well as the deepening of country's communication and cooperation, all promoted the democratization of international relations to develop strongly. As the world's largest developing country and one of the UN Security Council permanent members, what is the China's attitude toward the democratization of international relations? This part, the author elaborates the contribution China has made to it. mainly from the two stratification-- theory and practice. On the theoretical side. China has proposed the Five Principles of Mutual Respect, the view of fair reasonable international new order as well as the harmonious world theory; On the practical side. China has promoted the multi-polarization of the world, initiated and participated in the region organization positively, respected and strengthened the United Nations' function, as well as promoted the partner strategy diplomacy; which are promoting the current development of this tidal without doubt.The last part is about the challenge China must face in this process and the essential approaches to promote its fast development.
