With the development of the globalization of the world economy, the competition among enterprises is becoming more fierce. Human Resources Managemen (HRM), particularly Performance Management(PM) of the staff, As Performance Appraisal is a very important component of Performance Management(PM).So Performance Appraisal becomes a key point in enterprise management.Based on modern advanced theory of HRM, this paper analyzes the change of management of longfeng Company after its reform and management problems it still has. Then the auther gives some advices in how to perfect the KPI performance appraisa of Henan longfen Company. This paper puts forward the plan of improving Performance Appraisa for this factory, and wish give us some help for similar Company in our country.There are five parts in the article.In the first part, the author introduces the theories about performance appraisa and discrimination the terms of performance, performance appraisa , and performance management. KPI performance appraisa is the HRM activity that is use to determine the extent to which an employee is performing the Henan longfen Company object effectively.In the second part, the author reviews the history and the current status of Henan longfen Company. An analysis and examinaton of the current status of the company's human resource management and performance appraisa identifies the problems in the company's management so that a resolution can be found to tackle the problem, and this paper introduces about the Henan longfen Company's strategy , for the purpose of applying and practice reserch. and KPI performance appraisa methods, a complete performance appraisal system has been established.In the third part, the author base on the above two chapters, the paper analysis and examinaton of the current status of the company's human resource management befor the KPI performance appraisa, to studay the problems and succese in old performanceappraisa. than to studay the problems and succese in the KPl performance appraisa.In the fourth part, the author base on the above three chapters, the paper try to find out why Henan longfen Company succese in the KPl performance appraisa, and how to do next.In the final part, the author base on the above chapters, the paper try to find out how to help the copper pipe manufacture Company in chain , which succese in performance appraisa is land to their strategy planning.According to the strategy pianning and the critical goal of Henan longfen Company, the writer collected a lot of date and studay a KPl performance appraisa system .The study is a reference to Henan longfen Company performance appraisal.
