| With the arrival of the knowledge economy, people have already become the first resource of enterprises. Only promoting the individual performance could the whole performance be improved. Effective management to human resources has been considered a vital approach for enterprises to acquire the predominance. And the key is performance management. Performance management refers to in order to reach the organization goal, through the communication course of opening continuously, form the interests and output anticipated to the organization goal, drive the group and individual and make the behavior helping the goal to reach. But in practice a lot of enterprises only know performance evaluation. In fact, performance management is an intact management, but the performance evaluation is some link and means in the management.According to the basic theory of performance management and basic measure, this thesis has carried on overall systematic analysis to the state of performance management of Bairun company. I think the basic question of the company is that the company replaces performance management by performance evaluation. Bairun company has not set up systematic performance management system which has not contacted with strategic objective of the company. This thesis improve performance management system for Bairun company, changing the already existing performance, and use KPI and MBO to strengthen performance planning work. Bairun company should guide and supervise administrator to finish performance record. This thesis has designed the corresponding implementing scheme.The setting-up of the performance management system is a hard and complicated work. Most enterprises in our country are still in the stage of start and grope, especially some traditional privateenterprises like Bairun company. Therefore, through the studing, analyzing and redesigning the system of performance management , I would like to provide some references for these enterprises that are making renovation in performance management system, and try to source for and set up a system which can fit for the Chinese traditional private enterprises, meanwhile it can also be operated well in practice. |
