How to cope with the anti-dumping measures taken by western countries including United States on the ground of the non-market status of China is the pivotal point for our export products to wrestle with foreign anti-dumping investigations. The subject of this thesis is the issue of non-market economy popping up in the anti-dumping actions taken by the United States against China after China's accession into WTO. The article has made an in-depth analysis of the main reasons as well as the progresses made by China in the aspect of non-market economy.
