Although China has become a member of WTO, due to the commitments made when entering into WTO, our country is still subject to the restrictions of the status of non-market economy within 15 years after its accession into WTO when China copes with foreign anti-dumping actions. How to cope with the anti-dumping measures taken by western countries including United States on the ground of the non-market status of China is the pivotal point for our export products to wrestle with foreign anti-dumping investigations. The subject of this thesis is the issue of non-market economy popping up in the anti-dumping actions taken by the United States against China after China's accession into WTO. The article has made an in-depth analysis of the main reasons as well as the progresses made by China in the aspect of non-market economy. Based on the above, this thesis has put forward some countermeasures to cope with the issue of non-market economy arising from the anti-dumping actions taken by the United States against China.
