Problems That Exist In The Foreign Copyright Trade In China And Countermeasures

With the development of knowledge production in economic field, the copyright trade has become the most important part of the international trade and national trade. So it is taken as the key issue one of the academic problems. This dissertation analyses the problems of the international copyright trade in China, such as Import Deficit of Copyright Trade, Parallel Importation and Publishing on Internet Transaction. Through the investigation the copyright trade in oversea countries, the author tries to find ways to solve these problems.
