On The Administrative Affairs To Promote A Few Of The Civil Servants

Although making government affairs public is a new concept,it has achieved great improvements since it was brought forward.Making government affairs public is an important portion of the political democracy and a setting trend of the politics development.The politics democratic development in our country can not be achieved without making government affairs public and the public political participation.To complete the transformation from an ideological idea to the reality of making government affairs public,we must make making government affairs public a practical system in political administration area. It is very important for us to manage the possible problems of civil servant,or the program of making government affairs could not be carried out. This thesis is divided into three parts:The first part gives the clear definitions to the two essential words-civil servant and making government affairs public.The second part introduces the possible problems which may occur in the advancing of making government affairs public-the feudal bureaucratic politics,the unfitness caused by the changes of working procedure and the anxiety because of the worries about disposing too much privacy.The last part gives the corresponding solutions about the three possible problems referred above.
