Simultaneously, as a socialist country,we have congenital superiority in constructing the service government that for realizing the public interest as the goal. Thus, the first thing that solves the question of the bureaucracy of China is to remold the rational bureaucracy. But this remold is not the simple return of Weber's bureaucracy, its aim is establishing the Chinese characteristic bureaucracy.
