According to Marx's theory, the foundation of state is based upon the life of social material, and it also has relationship with the public power which is formed by the development of certain stage of social division of labor. Marx pointed out the process of modern state's shift from feudalism, during which the modern countries with abstract universality has class nature more and more. Marx has explained the complexity caused by the class conflict and social change of modern country, and the relationship between power, class and social forces has the phenomena of misplacing. The country demonstrates social general interests and independence relative to ruling class on a great degree. Marx, proceeding from real social democracy and people's general liberation, the basic values, being based on social historical and economic analysis, proposed that general social function of country would lose the nature of political rule of its class. In the future, the state will return to the real general social function and decline. The mankind will realize the universal liberation and the self management of people. Marx's national view has deeply reflected the inherent and complicated connection between country, economy and society.
