Space Right System To Study

In modern society,the litimation of the earth's surface makes mankind get in urgent need of developing and utilizing space,the system of air rights has been established successively in some countries and districts.But,in our country,the system of air rights has not been established.This article is about the air rights system with Chinese characteristic established in our country.This article consists of four parts.The first part simply introduces the origin and development of the air rights,then probes into some basic theoretical matters through comparative study on the system of the air rights in some countries.The second part mainly analyzes the differences of the air rights and the real rights.The third part mainly analyzes the value of the system of air rights.The least part mainly studies the problems of the air rights system with Chinese characteristic established in our country,and raises that object of real rights should include not only the city's space but the country's space as well.It also advocates that both the city's space and country's space should belong to the nation.
