Basic Social Security Fund Management Mode Of Operation And Its Legal Relationship Study

Basic social security, namely the country and society offer the social security system that ensured to social member's basic life in accordance with the law, it means that when social members lose labour capacity or the life meets the obstacle because of the reasons: such as old, disease, unemployment, wounded or disabled, parenting, death, calamity, etc , they obtain guarantee of the basic life demand from the country and society in accordance with the law .The basic social security fund is a material base of the basic social security system.
