| The revolution of the age impels the development of human society, and also impels the transition of the idea and conception of management. In the days of information and network, integrative management will be the trend of business management.After analyzing the historical reasons that why integration and integrative management arise, this paper divides the development of the practice, idea and theory of integration and integrative management into three phases, i.e., the phase of classical integration and integrative management, the phase of new classical integration and integrative management, and the phase of modern integration and integrative management, and analyzes and researches them singly. The theory of integrative management has not yet formed perfect system of knowledge now. Many problems are still being researched and developed. In view of this, the paper makes a research on some basic theories of integration and integrative management, including the classification and concept of integration, the dialectic relations between integration and system, division of labour and management, and the concept and character of integrative management, etc.Establishing the modes of organizational structures which adapt to integrative management is the key to implement integrative management successfully, integrate the superior resources within and without the enterprise effectively, enhance the competitive competence of the enterprise rapidly, and realize the integrative and amplifying effect of 1+1>2. After analyzing the importance to research the modes of organizational structure in integrative management, the reasons why we make this research, and the factors that affect the selection of the modes of organizational structure, the paper thinks that the basic modes of organizational structures may be divided into three modes, i.e., the modes of organizational structure of the traditional hierarchy system, the part network and the pan-boundary network. Then, through analyzing the modes of organizational structure of the traditional hierarchy system and the part network, the paper points out the place where the modes don't match the modern integrative management. On the basis of that, the paper places stress on disserting the mode of the pan-boundary-network organizational structure of integrative management, including the modes of virtual enterprises which are based on the core competence integration on the value chain, the functions separation and alliance among the rivals, and the mode of virtual group. And combining with our country's practical condition, dissert the practical significance and the problems of management of these modes of organization deeply, so as to be able to rich and develop the organizational theory in management. |
