China's Automobile Consumption Credit Development

At the beginning of ninety in 20th century , china's economy has appeared overheating,in order to control it ,the government enforces the policy of pair tightening---tightening control over expenditure and credit. This policy is available to prevent the overspreading of economic bubble,but at the same time it brings the contr effection,the speed of economic development becomes slower, some industries even go to pot,the consumer'income becomes low,and their expenditure becomes high,they are very cautious to expenditure,it is very distinct that the consumer likes to remain money,the total amount of bank deposit is increasing everyday. The lack of consumption demond makes a big infection in production,merchandise is overstock,the speed of withdrawal of currency from circulation becomes slow,re-produce is facing with difficulty. How to stimulate consumption and to increase the speed of economy becomes a austerity problem that the government is facing. The government makes the housing and auto industry as a key to develop the economy,and hope it can accelerate the real estate and auto industry's development ,and then improves whole national economic developing. Encouraged by 1a series of policies ,auto industry becomes another pillar one that drives our country economic growth next the real estate. Auto industry's development brings along auto consumption credit's developing and vice versa. But owing to system,experience and lack of assistant policy,the auto consumption credit is getting in a all-time low after a high-speed development. This article tries to find out the reasons that restrict the auto consumption development based on auto consumption credit's course and actuality,obstacles existing in auto credit field and exterior environment,using for reference of the overseas experience, and try to explores a continuous and healthy path to promote auto consumption's developing.
