Party Electoral System Reform And Improve Thinking

The target of this paper is to study reforming and perfecting inner-party election system of the CPC's (the Communist Party of China) in the new period. The inner-party election system construction is a basic system in the inner-party democracy construction. It has very important realistic meaning, relating to the prospect and destinies of the party on a certain degree and the development of the socialism political civilization. The CPC has been carrying on the inner-party election and experienced the arduous exploration from its birth .It has successful experience and also the precept of failure. The development of inner-party election system has been quick since the CPC put forward reforming and perfecting inner-party election system in the 13th plenary meeting of CPC. For pushing forward the lately great engineering of the construction of the CPC in new century and constructing political civilization of socialism in accordance with harmonious society, the 16th plenary meeting of CPC put forward reforming and perfecting inner-party election system again. Inherits and absorbs many experts and scholars' discussion to reforming and perfecting inner-party election system. The article makes use of the position, standpoint and methods of the Marxism and combine the problem existed in the inner-party election system. In the second part, the author makes use of historical fact and the standpoint of Marxist classic writer to inner part election system of the proletariat political party and combine the relation between inner-party election and outside-party election, the function of inner-party election to the democracy construction, mainly discuss the importance of inner-party election system to the CPC. It is the position and functions of inner-party election system within the inner-party democracy construction that are inevitable requests of reforming and perfecting inner-party election system in the new period. In the third part, on the basis of above-mentioned two parts, the author aims at the problem appeared in the inner-party election system and adds the specific examples, put forward the initial speculation of reforming and perfecting inner-party election system. This is the corpus part of the thesis.
