The article is aimed at views of structure of the tertiary industry that research to the rule of development of taivvan area in China. Form production value and labor force that go deep into the internal structure of the tertiary industry in tatwan area . Fine out some policies and measures are grow of the tertiary industry in China.The dissertation is composed of four chapters. Chapter 1 introduces several concepts, such as origin, notion, class.
