According the popularization by Stern Stewart& Co. financial consultant firm over the past 20 years , EVA has become the competitiveness evaluation index of capital operation performance in U.S.A. capital market and companies now.The application and study of EVA is just start in our country, most enterprise and investor unfamiliar with this financial intention. The articles about EVA mostly recommend how it is successful in a known enterprise at present, it do not have universality. People's understanding to EVA only stays among a large number of cases.But EVA has no longer been a simple index, as a kind of advanced office procedure, it not only influences the value assessment, performance of enterprises, but also influences the corporate culture, financial system and company manages.
