| With the rapid development of economy, people's living standard improves constantly; traveling in the holidays has become an important index to measure people's life quality. More and more persons have chosen to go on a tour to enrich their culture life on the vacation, make their body and mind relaxed. So the demands for travel information of people have become greater and greater. Meanwhile, the development of the computer network let traditional travel information surf the Internet too, let people can query the travel information on the internet conveniently. Similarly, the way that travel agency query the travel information has transferred from traditional way to internet. However, the existing computer travel information system has only just offered travel information at present, but can't meet the demands that frequently contact between the travel agencies. Develop one system, which not only can offer travel information issuing but also let travel agency contact through it, will provide a lot of facilities to travel agency for their management and administration. It has economized the operation cost while improving operation efficiency of the travel agency. It will bring the new opportunity to the development of the travel agency. "Travel Partner Online System"is a communication program module of the project (Travel Information Comprehensive Platform) that the author took part in during the period of studying at graduate school. The author has participated in the design of this project and finished the development of the communication module. Travel Information Comprehensive Platform is developed under the background above. According this platform, travel agencies can release their traveling products on the comprehensive platform of information, and travel consumers and tourist enterprise can inquire the travel information on it easily. Meanwhile, the travel agency can also look for partners through Travel Partner Online System, develop new traveling route, and get in touch with the new cooperative partners. In addition, other participants of this trade may connect each other through Travel Partner Online System, inquire travel information, and discuss the tourism. In this thesis, the author sets out from the current informationization situation of travel trade and reason analysis, and takes how to structure "travel information comprehensive platform" as a centre. Then the author introduces development background, meaning of the project emphatically, and carries on feasibility analysis. First, the author introduces the key technology used in the system and its application in system, namely embedded database Berkeley DB and multithreading programming technology used in the system. Second, the author analyses the realization process of "Travel Partner Online System" deeply from system design, and introduces the characteristic and concrete implementation method of Travel Partner Online System step by step. Third, the author describes the design idea of system, the demand analysis and the procedure of the data, and the realizing and function of primary function module as a whole. The full thesis amounts to 8 chapters, an overall content can be divided into three parts. First part is summary of system. This part induces the overall situation of system. The second part is the realization of system. This part describes the design and realization of the whole system. The last part includes the postscript and appendix. This part list the situation on probation of the system and the place to be improved. From the contents mentioned above, four characteristic of this thesis can be summed up as the following: 1.
