In knowledge economy, the human resource plays a critical role in modern technology enterprises, especially for small&medium-sized software enterprises. Facing acuity competition, how to design and establish effective performance evaluating system, then perform the enterprise human resource prompting system will have a positive influences on long term development of domestic enterprises.Using the theories and method of the Balance Scorecard system, aiming at the problem of the R&D department of SiChuan WangXin software corporation, this paper designs the human resource scorecard, then collects and analyzes the data. According to the analysis result, this paper appropriately adjusts the human resource prompting system and tracks the influence.In China , the human resource evaluation of small&medium-sized software enterprises is a ubiquitous problem and the method of the Balance Scorecard system is a newly theories. The author believes this paper is somehow reference meaning to domestic small&medium-sized software enterprises.In section 1 & 2, the author briefly introduces the researching problem and the basic concepts of the balance scorecard theories system, including structure, consequence, circle process etc.From section 3 to section 7, the author introduces the confirmation of the KPI, designing of the scorecard, collecting and application of the data. According to the analysis result, this paper appropriately adjusts the human resource prompting system and tracks the influence. |
