This thesis sets BOCO Corporation as the target, leading to resolve some human resource management problems in modern private-owned high-tech companies through a thorough study in compensation systems.As a stock company in IT industry, BOCO Corporation performs typically as a private-owned company. It has a large range of knowledgeable staff with high quality. For such a company, it's very important to establish a compensation system and accordingly an inspiring system, which not only meet the needs of private-owned IT companies, but also meet that most of that kind of companies in China. From the point of HR management, it can greatly inspirit the knowledgeable staff and make them enhance their performance.This article aims to discover and study the problems and unreasonable phenomena in the compensation systems of human resource management in most of the private-owned IT companies, by using modern analysis and research tools from some HR management theories. By introducing the concept of broad-banding compensation, and considering a compensation system on basis of skills and qualities, this thesis is to establish a suitable, systematical, scientific compensation system that can urge the staff to manage, develop and promote automatically through the concept combination of compensation and inspiration. Such a compensation system can enhance the staff s satisfaction, loyalty and make them produce more satisfied and qualified high-tech products to develop the whole IT industry in China. After all, they can not only produce benefits for the company, for the clients, but for the whole country also.
