With the rapid development of science and technology, such emergencies as SARS accelerate the development of enterprises in advance, which meanwhile exposes more questions and abuses of original management style and compensation system. Wrong and incomplete compensation systems, which employees mostly care for, affect their working enthusiasm, creativeness and potential, and restrict the further development of the enterprise.The article have pointed out some main questions and redesigned the compensation system on the basis of the analysis of the developing compensation system of the Company. To stimulate the employee mostly, the design adopts H-type job evaluation, a scientific job elevating theory, and introduces the new Broad Branding system and other advanced compensation theories and methods, which is hoped to offer an appropriate compensation system for the Company accordingly with the marketing economy Based on the compensation management's concept, theory, principle, content, method and process of modern enterprise system, the article have redesigned the principle, general process and compensation system of the compensation management of the Company, and furthermore hope to put forward an exchange compensation management system for gradual developing private enterprises on the condition of new economy in China. |
