China's Dual Economic Transition And Economic Development

The dual economy structure is the typical feature of the Chinese system of national economy, and is the major obstacle of Chinese economic growth. Economic reform of our country made the enormous achievement, but the out-of-balance dual economy question is still very outstanding, become the bottleneck restraining the economy of our country from increasing further. This problem faced to social economic development, the 16th National Congress of Communist Party of China, while describing the grand blueprint of building the well-off society in an all-round way; propose wanting the socio-economic development in urban and rural areas of the pool clearly. This solves agriculture, countryside and peasant's problem great strategy, is an inevitable choice of strengthening the urban delayed effect of development. This is a new deep understanding of the great law of the reform and opening up to the outside world and modernization construction too. To realize the transformation of Chinese dual economy structure is the major task of Chinese industrialization and modernization. The domestic and international many years' practice tells us that the transformation of dual economy structure must be based on the actual condition of homeland and the local region, and avoid copying the pattern of other countries completely. Therefore, to explore a thinking of transforming Chinese dual economic structure, it is necessary to study the problems of Chinese dual economic structure deeply and systematically.This paper is it start with to define dual economic structure, analyze two current situation, origin cause of formation of economic structure and change the state emphatically, have pointed out the special contradiction â–  existing in the dual economic structure , and has carried on comparatively deep analysis to this. Have put forward thinking and some suggestions of promoting dual economic structure in our country to change on this basis. According to this thinking of research, this paper divides five chapters altogether: Chapter one proved to the meaning that studies of this text and research approach mainly; Chapter two reviewed forefathers' existing research results , has recommended developing dual economic theory research results of the economist and scholar' s, development trend and the newest progress of and dual economic theory , and the research results to the domestic scholar are summarized ; Chapter three on the basis of summarizing forefathers' theory achievement, define and start with from the dual economy meaning, use comparative labor productivity and the duality contrast coefficient , etc., analyze in depth the current situation of dual economic structure in China and reason formed; Chapter four on the basis of chapter three , have used a large number of statistics and chart , have analyzed in depth the state that dual economic structure in China changes and special contradictions of economic transition of dual economicstructure : The agricultural transfer of surplus labor is obstructed , develops slowly, the impact on economic transition of dual economic structure of accession to the WTO and impact on dual economy of the twin-track system by oneself agriculturally; Chapter five to special contradictions of economic transition of Chinese dual economic structure , have proposed accelerating the economic transition of dual economic structure, promote the thinking of economic development: Development, agricultural sector of oneself foundation, growth of agricultural sector purpose, urban and rural economies key and economic system reform of deepening, have combined the reality and proposed some suggestions: Increase the input into agricultural infrastructure construction one , educated , develops construction of small town ,etc. actively in the energetically development countryside.
