With thoroughly development of China economy, some entirely new commercial retailing forms such as shoppingmall emerge. In recent years, shoppingmall has already appeared its unique advantages. On the other hand, being lack of effective operating management model, the development of the malls is meeting challenges. At present, Beijing Wanchang Investment Group will establish the first large-scale shoppingmall of the North China in Tangshan. It will face the same operating problem. This paper tries to frame a development strategy and establish a management model to operate this mall effectively. The first part mainly describes the current situation and the development trend of the shoppingmall in China. The second part analyzes macro circumstance of Tangshan and on the basis of the Tread Zone theory, the paper concludes that Tangshan has prerequisites to develop Shoppingmall. The third part analyzes the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the Pelagic shoppingmall, and offers the suggestion of the development plan and marketing strategy. Lastly, the paper gives the management model of Pelagic?shopping mall and analyzes the value increment of the mall in the operating procedure.This report may give some useful advices on the operation of Pelagic shopping- mall, and provide important value for the Chinese mall's development. |
