Small-and-medium-sized enterprises have always been playing a most active role in the economy, who are ready to introduce new technologies and innovative marketing strategies. Their attitude towards E-Commerce decides to a great extent their own business development and on the other hand, influences the future of E-Commerce itself.Main points of this thesis:1) In this era of information, small-and-medium-sized enterprises must make full use of E-Commerce. "E-Business or No Business."2) The modern development of information technology sees the arrival of "E-Trade" time. It is practical and feasible for small-and-medium-sized enterprises in China to make full use of E-Commerce.3)"Ready to devote and sparing all efforts" should be the essential conception of small-and-medium-sized enterprises when exploring their market share through E-Commerce.4) With faith and confidence in themselves, small-and-medium-sized enterprises will definitely succeed in E-Commerce.Main structure of this thesis:The 1st part: explains the necessity of E-Commerce for small and medium sized enterprises. Being an advanced marketing mechanism, E-Commerce has brought revolutionary influence to marketing strategies of those small-and-medium-sized enterprises.The 2nd and 3rd part: analyses the feasibility of E-Commerce for small-and-medium-sized enterprises by studying the current status of E-Commerce's penetration into the small-and-medium-sized enterprises in China and discussing their corresponding strategies towards E-Commerce.The 4th part: based on case study, goes further into practical tactics in exploring more market share.The 5th part: probes into the difficulties and problems that the small-and-medium-sized enterprises can confront in the course of their E-Commerce and seeks answers and way-outs.
