Comparing with the economy of Delta Area of Yangtze River Metropolitan and Delta Area of Pearl River Metropolitan, Circling Bo Sea Metropolitan was developing slowly. Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province are the core part of this area, so it is essential to accelerate the process of the integration of the economy. This article analysis the current situation of this district, trying find the obstacles and problems for the economic integration of this area, and seek the path for the form of the integration of this area.
