The most important milestone for enterprise development is the reasonable adjustment and uses of enterprise resource. It is difficult for a company to adjust its recourses and operational direction without modern management tools such as ERP.This paper do the research and analysis on the background of the planning of Xinxian Electronics Company's ERP system design and implementation. Through the research of ERP system design and implementation, the goals include first solving problems in management and second providing feasible suggestion for information structure of Xinxian Electronics Company. It will truly realize the key influence of information technology to the enterprises resources with high efficiency during the transition process from the management theory to practice.Combined with sample research by put theory into practice, based on the preparation of ERP knowledge ,the model of management and processing, have complete the pre-work through researching in practice. Then discuss on the optimization of process when have exactly done analysis for the issue. Finally, this paper made a conclusion of the master plan of Xinxian ERP system.There are five parts in this paper. The first chapter presents the research problem of this paper, the method of research and importance for the company; The second part analyses the operational state and introduce some contents about BPR; The method of system plan and the plan of Xinxian ERP system are mainly introduced in third chapter; The fourth argues these processes of implementation, including the stage of preparation and construction; Over the conclusion of this paper, it summarizes several key procedure during the process of ERP system design and implementation for Xinxian Electronics Company.
