Social security is a social systems engineering. The design and the implementation of social security system all revolve and face the members of different social classes. The design of social security system meets the requirement of justice generally, and social security system may realize the requirement of justice of the design in the implementation, therefore, it is of great help to us to understood the social security system better and profoundly when institutional justice is introduced into the domain of social security, then we may launch the research of human dignity problem of social security system, and may solve human dignity problem of social security system.Through these reasonable system arrangements, we can make social security system meet the need of human nature, even draw close to the stratification plane of respecting and protecting human dignity. First, we must make stipulation about respecting and protecting human dignity in system design from the angle of institutional justice; Second, after making stipulation about human dignity problem in the system, the executors of social security must enhance consciousness to maintain human dignity; Third, the demand abilities of the safeguarded objects to maintain own dignity must be guaranteed; Fourth, we must formulate the social security target systems to maintain human dignity, including objective targets and corresponding subjective targets; Fifth, when we develop social security behavior to the members of different social classes, especially to the weak community, we may adopt indirect way and establish corresponding middle organizations to defend certain special community's dignity to avoid the negative influence which the direct way brings. Thus, to a certain extent, we can realize the original intention to protect human dignity in social security system from the angle of institutional justice.
