Banking Supervision System Of Legal Research

The banking supervision, which means the governmental supervision and administration of both banks and their business, is the important part of the financial supervision in a country. Banking supervision system consists of the installation of supervisors' organization and the disposition of supervisory power. Banking supervisory system is the basis of banking supervision. Economic administrative law, which regulates the economic management of governments, is the part and the branch subject of administrative law. Banking supervisory law has the nature of economic administrative law, and to solute the legal problem on banking supervisory system, the principle of economic administrative law and administrative organization law should be put forward.Compare with the developed countries, there are some defects in the banking supervisory system of our country, which have affected our banks' efficiency and financial innovation, as well as store up certain financial risk. The banking supervisory system of our country should meet the need of new tendency in financial development, and the experience on the financial supervisory system reform in developed countries is necessary for us.The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter analyses the general theory of banking supervisory system, the second one talks about the nature of economic administrative law the law of banking supervisory system owns , chapter three compares the reformation and the present organization of the banking supervisory system in some developed country, chapter four talks about the banking supervisory system and relative law in our country, in the fifth chapter, disclosing some problems in our banking supervisory system, the thesis offers some suggestions from the angle of economic administrative law and administrative organization law. The last part of the paper mentions the importantfunction of banking profession organizations to complete the banking supervisory system.
