From individual proprietorship to partnership and then to corporation , the changes is not limited in forms of organizations but in institutions of corporation property . The improvement of corporation governance structure and reform of state-owned enterprise also needs the support of property right theory. In a corporation , property mostly means stock right and corporation property right , The separation of which is the precondition of modern corporations . Analyzing the character and relations between stock right and corporation property right , This article comments the main ideas of the scholars and bring forward a more reasonable point of view .Finally , indicating theextrusive problems in the state-owned enterprise reform and corporation governance structure in china , this paper raise some suggestions and clarify some unreasonable opinions with a combination of both theory and practice.
