Mes In The Cigarette Industrial Production Process And Quality Control And Analysis

Developed since the mid 1990's , MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is an executive system facing factory shop which connects with upper-layer manufacturing plan management system and under-layer shop operation control system . As it can carry out the effective integration of production activities and factory management , MES develops into an information and data bridge to optimize production processing, quality control and management efficiency. MES should be paid close attention by tobacco industry.Based on the analysis of application and development of MES , the thesis discusses about how MES is applied in modern tobacco manufacturing industry , according to the actuality of factory processing and quality control , while cigarette manufacturing automatization and tobacco industry information systems is developing rapidly. In the last chapter of the thesis , a case about Wuhu Cigarette Factory is presented ,in which the ideals and principles of MES are used to analyze the problems and to advance the manufacturing information system .
