Taizhou Economic Development Zone Investment Research

The function of economic pioneering park is to promote the economic development if a certain area and it is of great significance to local economic development. Taizhou Economic Development Park was set in 1996 after Taizhou municipal government was founded, it played double role of promoting economic development and city image of Taizhou City. As one of the cities in the middle of Jiangsu Province. Taizhou' s investment invitation increase rate is far behind other cities. Thus, it has an urgent demand of investment bidding. In this point, research into investment invitation within Taizhou Economic Development Park is of great significance to future work.To be more specific, this thesis first introduced the development condition and related development theory of the park. Secondly, it introduced the investment environment and relevant bidding management conditions of Taizhou Economic Development Park. Then the key point of the thesis came out, that is, analyzing the specific conditions of TaiZhou Economic Development park, then prepares the advantages and disadvantage of the investment environment, pointing out the shortcomings of the current bidding and investment invitation work and raising some measures of promoting investment construction and optimizing the administration of bidding and investment invitation. Finally, the thesis recommends some countermeasure for the management if bidding and investment invitation under the policy of export tax rebate.
