This paper includes five parts. The first part that elaborates the conception and the characters of the social security system is the theoretical analysis of it and it is to say the first part is the theoretical strong part.In view of the history and present condition of Chinese social security system, starting with the abuse of our social security system that existed in the planned economy age and drawing forth the objective necessity to reform the social security system under the conditions of the socialist market-oriented economy, the second part elaborates the great significance of the social security system's reform.The third part discusses the present condition of the social security system's reform of our country .It concretely discusses the effects that have been made in our social security system's reform and the main problems that exists in it. This part defines that the social security system's reform shoulders heavy responsibilities under the conditions of the socialist market-oriented economy in our country.The forth part as the main body of this paper discusses the aims and tasks of deepening social security system's reform in our country and how to choose the policy in the reform ahead. As no final conclusion has yet been reached on the content of this part, there is still room for theoretical discussion and it has practical and theoretical discussion and it has practical and theoretical significance.The fifth part that further extends the content of third part discusses that the basic pledge of carrying out the main aims and tasks of our social security system's reform is mainly resolved by the means of strengthening legislation and levying social security taxes. |
