The 300,000 MPTY NPK Project, which was studied time after time and established in the end, is one of new projects developed by Urumuqi Petrochemical Compel. In the past the target orientation is aimed at the high concentration NPK fertilizer market in Xinjiang, the strategy of operating and sales is fixed on the combination of difference and low cost.. Actually the strategy target is not reached due to peasant with low purchasing power and dealers with less enthusiasm ect., when the original policy was carried out by salesman, After analysis to the operating circumstances, competitive conditions and currents situation around the enterprises the main factors influenced are that the preset strategy is un-operated , the operating policy is Un-harmony and without correspondence support . By aiming at these problems I would prefer giving my opinions on how to improving it which are as following : Re-establish the operational strategy and coordinative operating policy ; Change the conception from sales promotion to market orientation ;Enrich the products ; Make out the stable dealers management policy ; Establish the strict difference price system ; Enlarge the evaluation items for salesman ; Supply the necessary media services to peasant based on the tradition touched by them normally ; Meet the fertilizer developing direction i.e. making the production , the supplying , the sale and the service integrated ; Supply the high concentration , multi-variety NPK to meet the adjustment of planting and the advanced fertilizing level. Through all these ways we can increase the power of the market competitive and promote sales.
