This thesis analyzes the problem and the reason of the human resources managing , Changyu Sales Company is the key in realizing the Changyu developing strategy. By carrying out the distribution policy of "Three level sales network system", Whether or not Changyu can realize its developing strategy depends on the factor of "persons". This article discussion focuses on human resources adaptable management strategy development of Changyu Sales Company.The thesis is divided into five parts. The first part presents the propose for writing the problem and the reason of the human resources managing .The second part introduces the size and development process of the management Changyu Sales Company , and summarized the competitive characteristic of the present market finally. The third part introduces the impact of the competition environment on human resources .Analysis of the internal environment .The forth part analyzes the strategy design of human resources management of Changyu Sales Company, Set up achievements manage system serving the enterprise strategy target, Establish the reasonable salary incentive checking and encourage system, Establish the training system, Make the mid and long plan of the human resources. The five part analyzes the basic condition of the strategy implement.
